Above is time vs x displacement in pixels. My interpretation is that at the mid-totality at 2226 there is the minimal force consequently the minimal motion of the earth from the effects of the sun and moon thus the highest point on this graph. then when the sideways gravitational effect starts to come back the earth is pulled at an increasing velocity from the mid point. the graph seems to bear this out.
Above is time vs y displacement in pixels. the same is true for the y vs time graph. At mid totality there is the minimal gravitational effect with minimal velocity and the velador records this with the lowest point on the graph. when the alignment is off set a bit with the motion of the moon and sun not on the straight line the velocity picks up and the graph indicates this point. Note both x and y graphs at the time of entering, maximum and leaving totality show an s shapped type curve.
